On dusty trails, watch for dust buildup around the speed sensor and dust in the wire connectors if an E-Bike is being used.
In case of an electric malfunction, a cleaning of the speed sensor unit and magnet followed by an application of dielectric grease on all of the electric connections can quickly resolve electric connection issues.
✅Having a small tube of dielectric grease in your bicycle tool kit is highly recommended.
