About a month of testing & 338 miles, the "E-Trucker" with the Bafang BB02s motor is working well. The Lekkie Cranks are doing great after 50 miles. I recommend getting the stronger Lekkie cranks especially if a lot of pressure is put on the cranks. Stronger or larger riders may strain the standard Bafang cranks.
The motor provides the needed assistance to "flatten out" the hill making the touring experience less difficult. This is important to keep older bicycle tourists riding. I am really impressed thus far. Having the beloved Surly Long Haul Trucker still working is great.
